ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s military on Friday said it eliminated two terrorists in the Kulachi area in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail (DI) Khan district in a fierce skirmish.
A handout released by military’s media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the terrorists were killed in a gun battle with the security forces.
“Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists,” it added.
The ISPR added that the killed terrorists remained actively involved in terrorist activities against the security forces.
On Sunday, the security forces neutralised six terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Zamran range near Paroom area of Balochistan.
